Dr. Moore is Medical Director of the Advanced Heart Failure Therapies Program at the University of Louisville and Associate Professor of Medicine at University of Louisville School of Medicine. She has over twenty years’ experience in Advanced Heart Failure, transplant and mechanical circulatory support. She maintained an academic position as Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School until 2025and was as Associate Physician and Fellowship Director at Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston prior to joining staff at University of Louisville. Her personal motto is “ when treating heart disease, failure is not an option”.

She has an interest in building heart failure teams and strives to deliver patient centered care. Currently, her focus has expanded to educate people on health and wellness in hopes to prevent chronic disease. She has an upcoming book, podcast and you tube channel- hoping to help as many as possible.
