Staphanie A. Moore

Hi, I'm Dr. Stephanie
A. Moore

Welcome! I’m thrilled you’re here.

My mission: helping you live your longest, healthiest, most vibrant life.

With over 20 years as a transplant cardiologist and Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School / Massachusetts General Brigham Hospital and VA Boston combined, I’ve guided patients through heart failure, transplants, and life-saving interventions—often just in time. I have over 25 years’ experience at teaching institutions throughout the country and the story is exactly the same no matter where I have been and something has to change.

What I’ve learned: surviving a crisis is powerful even miraculous, but preventing it and thriving for decades is really the holy grail. That’s why now my focus is on the science and habits that add vibrant, energetic years to patient’s lives, not just the list of diagnoses.

Through this new lens I’ve discovered there’s Moore 2 Life than I ever imagined and a far better way to help patients. That is the theme of this next step in my journey and I’d love to share my path with you.

Moore 2 Life

Welcome, from the desk of a transplant cardiologist. After twenty years in the trenches, I’ve realized the real trick is never getting here in the first place. Moore 2 Life is my love letter to that. Not about surviving. About thriving. Eating better isn’t punishment. Moving isn’t chore. Rest isn’t luxury—it’s blueprint. Every fiber, every vessel, has a vote. Prevention can be achieved, and honestly? It’s glorious.

Her commitment to wellbeing extends beyond the clinic: she has championed community education on heart health, led initiatives to combat food insecurity and promote dietary wellness among Veterans, and has been a longstanding advocate with the American Heart Association to raise awareness about women’s heart health and preventive care.
